50-Hr Yin Yoga

Teacher Training

Everything you need to teach yin classes that open hearts & deepen mind/body connection.

what is yin yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow & still practice with a powerful impact.

Through long-held, supported postures, you’ll explore passive stretching, sensation edges, and the subtle intelligence of the body. Postures are held for 2–5 minutes or more, giving body & mind time to soften, adapt, and respond.

Whether you're a yoga teacher expanding your knowledge base or a student deepening your personal practice (or both!) this teacher training will transform your  idea of what a yoga practice can be.

Abigail is a full-time yoga educator and longtime practitioner with over 25 years of personal yoga experience. Her path began after a life-altering stroke in 2012, when yoga became an essential part of her recovery. That experience shaped the way she teaches today: compassionate, deeply informed, and rooted in the belief that yoga should help people feel more whole in the body they have. Her training blends traditional and creative Yin Yoga, acupressure, Chinese Medicine, fascia anatomy, Qigong and Yoga Nidra. She has studied with teachers including Matthew Sanford, Katy Bowman, Jo Phee, Jules Mitchell, Carlo and Antonio Stecco, and Paul Grilley, and brings that wide lens into every training she leads. Abigail is known for making complex ideas clear, practical, and meaningful — helping yoga teachers move beyond memorized shapes and into a deeper understanding of the body, stillness, sensation, and inclusive teaching.
